Keeping customer data private with AI

A workflow runs in your own accounts. Your customers' details stay in your email, phone and calendar, and every action goes into a log you can check. Nothing reaches a customer until a person on your team sends it.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above.

Treat it like email to an outside company: only share what you'd be comfortable with them storing. Leave out anything a customer trusted you to keep private.

Chat tools generally keep your conversations unless you change the settings, and business plans often have stricter rules. Check the tool's current privacy policy before pasting customer details.

Use business plans that don't train on your data, turn off chat history where you can, and leave out card numbers, passwords and private details.
