Returning missed calls, fast.
Every call you miss lands on one list, with a text back already drafted. You send it between jobs.

You don't write these. We draft each one in your words. You tap yes.

Hi, this is Rosa at Rosa's Plumbing. Sorry I missed your call, I'm on a job right now. What's going on, and what's the address? I can call you back by 3.
Want me to send this to the caller?
Hi, it's Rosa's Plumbing. We're closed for the night, but we saw your call. If water's leaking right now, turn off the valve under the sink or the main shutoff, then call our after-hours line. Otherwise we'll call you at 7:30 tomorrow morning.

Hi, this is Rosa's Plumbing. I saw you called twice, so I'm guessing it's urgent. I'm finishing a job and can call you in 20 minutes. If you can, text me what's going on and the address.

Questions.
Say who you are, that you're returning their call, and ask how you can help. Something like: "Hi, this is [your name] from [your business], returning your call from this morning. What can I do for you?" If they left a voicemail, mention what they said so they don't have to repeat it. Keep it short, since they may be busy too.
No. You keep the number you already have, and we work around the phone you already use. How missed calls get onto the list depends on your setup, so we look at it together on the fit call before anything gets set up.
Send a short text that says sorry you missed them, gives your name and business, and asks what they need. For example: "Hi, it's [your name] at [business]. Sorry I missed your call. What can I help with?" If they write back, call them when you can. With us, the text gets drafted and waits for you or someone on your team to send it.
Yes. Returning missed calls from customers and leads is worth doing, and the sooner the better. Someone who hears nothing back may just call the next business on their list. Spam and robocalls can be skipped. The hard part is keeping track while you're on a job, so we set up one list of who called, and a person on your team calls or texts each one back.
