Use of our website
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in any unauthorized way.
Intellectual property
The content, branding, and design of this website are owned by Commonhouse or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Where an engagement gives you ownership of the work we build for you, that ownership is governed by your written agreement with us.
Pricing and proposals
Prices listed on this site are starting points, not final quotes, and may change. A binding price is set out in your written proposal or agreement.
The audit fee and installs
The audit fee counts 100% toward a build within 90 days. It is refunded if we say don't build yet, or if you pass within 14 days of getting the audit. Installs carry no cash refund.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Commonhouse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Houston, Texas.
