Quote follow-up for quiet estimates.
A quote follow-up gets drafted in your words for each quote that goes quiet. You read it and send it.
How quote follow-up works
- You choose whose name the follow-ups come from.
- You tell us when to stop following up.
- You read each follow-up and tap send.
- We set it up around your sent quotes.
- We write the follow-ups to sound like you.
- We keep it running and fix it if anything breaks.
You just tap yes.
You don't write these. We draft each one in your words. You tap yes.

Hi Sam, checking back on the estimate for the roof. I know a project this size takes some thinking. If it would help, I can come by and walk through it with you, line by line. No pressure either way.

Questions.
Two or three days after the quote goes out is a fair first check-in. If you hear nothing, send one more about a week later, then a last short note that leaves the door open. Bigger jobs take longer to decide, so give those more room between messages. Three tries is plenty for most quotes.
Keep it short and easy to answer. Remind them what the quote was for, ask if they have questions, and give one simple next step, like holding a start date. That's most of how to follow up on a quote. Skip a bare "just checking in" with nothing else in it, because it gives them nothing to answer.
Name the job, offer help, and give one next step. A follow up email after a quote can be four lines: the job and when you sent it, an offer to go through it on a call, a start date you can hold, and your name. Short beats clever. There's one under "Email" in the texts above.
It can do most of it. AI keeps track of which quotes went quiet and drafts each quote follow-up when it's due, written the way you talk. You or someone on your team reads it and sends it. It won't change your price or offer a discount, and nothing goes to a customer without your okay.
The best way is to follow up the same way they first reached you, by text or email, then call if they don't reply. Name the job so they know which quote you mean. Keep a list of every open quote so none get forgotten. We draft each check-in from that list, and you or someone on your team reads it and sends it.
